The Mexican Red Cross published a list of essential medical supplies for anyone who wants to help the victims of the earthquake that struck the Aztec country on Tuesday.
Inputs are: g disposable uantes, gauzes, punzos (# 18, 14, 16, 20, and 22), electrodes, a 3 – way, syringes (5 and 10 ml), facemasks, hydrogen peroxide, bandages 10cm, surgical gloves (61/2, 7, 71, 2 and 8), surgical brushes, adhesive cloth, micropore, surgical packages, venoclysis, hartman solution and physiological water of 500.
The idea of the organization is that the citizen knows what is the most important thing when it comes to working with the injured and assisting the paramedical body with supplies.
In addition, the Red Cross published a list of foods that can be donated and taken to an organization’s headquarters in Mexico City .
The National Seismological Service of Mexico confirmed that it was a single earthquake of 7.1 degrees on the Richter scale . At first, the official unit had reported that there were two telluric movements: one of 6.8 and another of 7.1 degrees.
The epicenter was located on the border between Morelos and Puebla. The death toll is expected to rise in the coming hours. Authorities warn of aftershocks so many buildings in danger of collapse have been evacuated.
